city of god

Only if there is God.

I do not believe in deities, nor do I claim myself as aethist. The outrageousness of humans always makes me question if God really exist. Why would we expect that there is a higher power that controls our destiny? And why is the higher power wiser, bearing a resemblence to humans, a figure of rightousness, purity, dignity, integrity, and all?

There might be energies that we cannot consume. They just exist and they're right out there. I cannot understand, nor can I see. Amongst the myriad of things in the universe, why is it necessary to feel important above it all?

"I see the clouds, or I see the wind....?''

TO

After like 3 years I finally got to meet Marcus boy again! It was nice spending a night talking to you. Even though your trip might not be the best one, it will stil be better than Tijuana! See, told you it's 3am and I'm heading home now finally...

out of fuel

Do you ever care how much time we spent in our lives, constanly, patiently, waiting. Waiting something to appear, of which literally, will never appear.

It's important to make yourself important.

close down and get real

My life recently has been off -- off from my ordinary laptop frying thighs geeky style. Is it good or bad? At least I'm planning to finish a book and do nail polish tonight.

paint me in your eyes

I have a lame laptop. But it's okay it is not the end of the world. Plus, it's cheap and (still) functionable! The good side is that I can do whatever I want with it without having to consider taking into account the "side-effects" of hurting it permanently.

I liked acrylic more than any other media. I used to paint on walls with acrylic and pastel with glass beads. Whenever I walk into an art supplies store, I could not help but fall in love with the smell of paint. Painting is one kind of mind liberation. Are there rules? Are there steps? Do we always have to begin with an outline? Are there principles to follow? We always use scrapers and brushes? How about canvas? My answer is, FOLLOW YOUR HEART.

N.B. Didn't mean to paint my eye with the existing color scheme. MY BLACK ACRYLIC WAS GONE. Will refurbish it soon when I got black.

i <3 graffiti

If graffiti is the synonym to mafia, then I guess what we see here in HK is completely sterile. Obviously, the local mafia ain't give a shit to ART. Ironic though, from this very narrow angle, you could already tell the extent of mind liberation among my fellows...

But this is not the end of the world! Here and there, bits and pieces, you find visuals stimulating your eyes around the tattered corner of the street. Not difficult to spot, really. Only because we have developed this visual inertia -- we have been taking things for granted for too long. I noticed that there is still yet another big one (hopefully not busted yet) located somewhere between Fortress Hill and Tin Hau, where big blocks of rocks are situated at the foot of a Tin Hau Temple Road. Such a nice canvas to use. See if I am able to sustain and take more pics during my bus ride in the morning.

ATM, it's time for some rest. I've never had it enuff.

stray away from visuals for a second

I know I know. It's been too much Marie. But I love her. I love sweeties. I love cute girls. I love sweet and cute girls, esp. those have a voice like silk.

So I think Marie Digby has made her debut in JP finally. She was touring around Asia visited KL and SG I bet but not our beloved HONG KONG (duh!). It's getting a lil too boring here since the A-list stars never ever consider Hong Kong as a place to go (unless they're here for action films -- not even the night life here is more appealing).

This song's been looping in my head in the past.... week. ENJOY! Beautiful woman making a beautiful live video w/ her voice and a guitar... I love how the plane kicks in at the end =)
